Heat treatment furnaces

Heat treatment, stress relief annealing or normalising is done in two controlled 3 x 6 m furnaces.

The normalization and testing are always performed post flame shaping of the parts. This means that the stress in the surface become reduced, and the machining properties gets smoother. Another benefit is that test results and the material certificate will be more representative for the finished part.
